CAROLE BROWN
carolebCarole is the National President and Fellow of the Career Development Association of Australia.
Prior to being elected President in 2009, Carole served for 3 years on the national Executive as Vice-President, chaired several sub-committees and was the founding president of the ACT Division. Carole has co-convened 2 CDAA national conferences and has served on the board of the Career Industry Council of Australia. Carole is the Manager of Career Development for staff at the Australian National University where she is responsible for leading the university's approach to the development of academic, professional and technical staff. She has more than 20 years experience in the career development field, having worked with organisations and individuals in the public, private, community and education sectors. Carole has been invited to speak at several national and international conferences and regularly runs continuing education courses in the field of career development.
CHRISTINE HOLLAND
chrishCDAA National Vice-President.
Christine is a Professional Member of the CDAA and is in her third year as a member of the National Executive.

She currently holds the position of National Vice-President and formerly the roles of National Treasurer and President of the Victorian Division. She is qualified in career practice with a Master of Career Development and a Graduate Certificate in Careers Counselling. Christine currently operates her own career business and also holds a marketing role at Monash University Gippsland. Her experiences in career practice are diverse and include managing outplacement projects, workshop delivery, unemployment services, education sector and executive coaching. Christine’s career background crosses a broad range of industries and businesses. She has had exposure to an extensive variety of business types through ownership, management and leadership roles as well as directorships on a range of Boards.
DAVID FORDYCE
davidfDavid is a Professional Member of the CDAA and is in his first year as a member of the National Executive and CDAA Treasurer.
He was formerly the NSW Treasurer. David holds a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Bachelor of Business. He is a Mentor in the Skilled Migrants Mentor Program and holds a Professional Conduct role at CPA Australia. David’s work experience covers a broad range of occupations and industries.
LES EMERY

lesCDAA National Executive Committee.
Les is currently Senior Careers Adviser at The University of Western Australia with responsibility for managing and delivering a range of programs to meet the career development needs of students, working with employers of graduates to facilitate their recruitment activities and developing the quality of Careers Centre staff and services in line with the Professional Standards and the Guidelines for Career Development Services & Information. In addition to his more than 20 years experience in the career development field he has been an active member of CDAA, having convened the 2007 Conference, and is presently Chair of the Professional Development portfolio on the National Executive Committee.
