Target audience codes
To assist delegates in selecting which sessions to attend, coloured target-audience codes, as nominated by the presenter or Convention Committee, are applied to each session.

Abstracts for all sessions can be viewed in program order by selecting the style of presentation below:
Workshops will cater to a minimum of 35 participants for 1 and 1.5 hour workshops; 50 participants for 2.5 hour workshops; and 25 for unplugged workshops.
Participation in workshops is on a first-in first-served basis. Once workshops have reached capacity the doors will be closed and delegates will be asked to find another session to attend. There is no pre-reading for any workshops.
Education unplugged workshops
The ‘education unplugged’ workshops are a popular choice for presenters who choose to run their workshops without any technological aids. These uniquely styled sessions will be held in open spaces within the venue, which will be identified in the final Convention program.
Three-minute thesis session – short, fast, loud!
This session has been introduced to help support more academic paper presentations in the Convention program. It will include 15 short academic paper presentations – presenters will have three minutes using a maximum of one slide to present their paper.
At the end of the session a ‘best presenter’ prize will be awarded and the winner invited to deliver their presentation at the closing plenary.
