Dress
Dress throughout the Convention is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.
Privacy
On Q Conference Support will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Convention. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
Delegate List A delegate list will be supplied to Convention attendees including sponsors. The list will exclude those delegates specifically requesting exclusion.
Photocopying at the Conference Please ensure you bring a sufficient number of any handouts for your session. GPET cannot be responsible for costs in relation to production of your handouts. If you require items to be photocopied at the conference, this will be at your own cost and may be done through the venue.
Smoking
The Convention and social functions are non-smoking.
Name Badges
Name badges will be issued when registering at the Convention. For security purposes the Convention name badge must be worn at all times during the conference.
Baby Sitting Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service. Unfortunately, coordination of childcare facilities within the Convention are prohibitive.
Parking Self park facilities are available at the Central Market Car Park located directly behind the Hilton Adelaide. Valet parking is only available to those guests with accommodation rooms.
Accommodation Accounts
All accommodation accounts must be settled on check-out. Neither GPET nor On Q Conference Support will be responsible for accommodation accounts not pre arranged.
Messages
A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.
Weather The mean temperature for Adelaide in September is 17 degrees C with a maximum average temperature of 20 degrees C and minimum average temperature of 10 degrees C. Visit the Bureau of Meteorology for more information.
Special Requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the Convention. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
Insurance Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. GPET and On Q Conference Support do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.
